MEAL DELIVERY SERVICE

Pre built meals, breakfast, snacks and Custom prepared meals are available for delivery every Sunday. We have something for everyone. The "BUILD YOUR OWN MEAL" section. You are able to choose type and amount of protein along with your choice of two side dishes, these meals are made fresh to order and are not frozen. A minimum amount of 5 meals are required for custom meals. Orders must be in by Thursday for free delivery on Sunday.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Edmonton and surrounding  areas are available for free delivery with only a minimum of $50.00 purchase. Meals are delivered in a refrigerated box conveniently to your home. Currently delivery days are on Sundays between 9am-9pm. Orders for supplements must be in by Saturdays at noon for Sunday Delivery. 

We operate under cGMP and Health Canada Licensed requirements with the strictest of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) protocol, SOP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) protocol, and Good Document Produces (GDP) protocol .
